Summerville Mojito


1½ ounces Firefly Distillery sweet tea vodka⁠

¼ ounce agave⁠

¼ ounce lemon juice⁠

Splash of lime juice

Soda water


In a mason jar, stir together all ingredients, then add ice. 

The Birthplace of Sweet Tea: Summerville, South Carolina 

You might be surprised to find out the role Summerville, South Carolina, played in the creation of the iconic Southern staple, sweet tea. Discover the Sweet Tea Trail, where you can explore all that Summerville has to offer, and learn why they’re known as the Birthplace of Sweet Tea. The locals joke that you can drink your way down Main Street, so it’s no surprise that during our Sweet Tea Festival, local bartenders competed to create the 2020 Official Summerville Sweet Tea Cocktail. Ashley Boyce of Five Loaves Cafe in Summerville created the winning concoction using Firefly Distillery Sweet Tea Vodka.
