When will I start receiving my member benefits?
Once you are enrolled, you will receive a welcome email that includes your login to the website and discount codes, which you can start enjoying immediately. Within 2-3 weeks, you will begin receiving your Cookbook Club emails and shortly after that, Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef members will receive their member welcome box. If you are receiving a print subscription, that will start to arrive in the next 3 to 4 weeks
What’s inside the welcome box?
If you are a Chef de Cuisine member, you will receive a box with your free cookbook, library card, TLP merch, and exclusive kitchenware item. If you are a Sous Chef member, you will receive your free cookbook, library card, and TLP merch.
Can I choose what I receive?
You can choose from three available cookbooks for your free annual cookbook. Each year, you’ll be able to select from another three when your annual subscription auto-renews.
How can I track my package?
Tracking will be sent to the email address on file once the items have shipped. Please allow a 24-48 hour window of time to pass before the carrier can give full estimates for delivery.
How do I renew my membership?
All memberships are set to auto-renew, either monthly or annually.
What if I'm already a subscriber to The Local Palate Magazine?
If you are already a subscriber to The Local Palate Magazine, we will automatically add the 1-year subscription included with Cookbook Club membership to your existing subscription.
I haven’t started receiving my emails or welcome box. What do I do?

From here, you can adjust your name, email, password, mailing address and phone number.
How do I give a gift membership?
Yes. It’s easy to gift a subscription. Click a gift link below:

You will be prompted to enter the gift recipient’s name and email address, the delivery date, a personalized message, and your payment information. The gift recipient will receive an email with a link to activate their gift. The gift recipient will have the opportunity to enter their physical address when they activate the gift.
Keep in mind that you’re purchasing a one-time gift for the selected term (e.g. month or year). The gift recipient will be responsible for adding a payment method before the next renewal period if they’d like to continue with the subscription.
How do I cancel my membership?

From here, click the menu in the upper right hand corner. Click “Subscriptions” then “Cancel Subscription”.
