3rd Annual SHEF Food + Wine Festival
Join us for the 3rd Annual SHEF Food + Wine Festival, four unforgettable days celebrating extraordinary chefs, remarkable wines and spirits, live entertainment, and one-of-a-kind culinary experiences throughout EpicCentral.
The festival takes place in Dallas, Texas hosted by James Beard Award-nominee and MasterChef judge Tiffany Derry.
Following a standout 2025 festival that welcomed top chefs from across the country and showcased the depth and diversity of today’s culinary talent, Shef returns this fall with an even bigger lineup (to name a few: Michael Voltaggio, Carla Hall, Joe Bastianich, Duff Goldman, Nyesha Arrington, Arnold Myint, Angelo Sosa, Silvia Barban, Tristan Epps, Tavel Bristol-Joseph). This year, events will include a shaved ice social hosted by Carla Hall; a juke joint with live music; a pickleball tournament; a Texas vs. OU watch party; wine and cocktail experiences; the signature grand tasting, and more.
More than a food festival, Shef is dedicated to supporting rising culinary professionals from underrepresented communities by awarding scholarships while igniting positive change across the hospitality industry through good food and powerful conversations.
