He has spent his career bridging the gap between fundamental culinary practices and modern creativity, as well as putting effort towards elevating the farm-to-table and sea-to-spoon movements.
Alongside Hall, you can expect Food Network personality Amanda Freitag, author and restaurateur Carla Hall, and chefs Daniel Boulud, Marcus Samuelsson, and Dario Cecchini. Friday night additionally features a special performance by Boys II Men.
