The inaugural Brews, Boils & Bubbles (BBB) festival has announced a stacked food lineup for the May 11 event on the New Orleans Lakefront, featuring over 15 boilers and dessert vendors serving a wide variety of boiled dishes, each with their unique spins on Louisiana’s most beloved culinary staples.

Participating restaurants include big names like Drago's Seafood Restaurant, which will serve as the official VIP caterer in the Rosé & Lobster Lounge, and Urban South Brewery as the VIP caterer in the Brews & Bugs Lounge. Other exciting additions include Riverwalk staple Mr. Shrimp's Kitchen, social media powerhouse Dee’s Xquisite Seafood, celebrity go-to Crucial Seafood, rapidly growing Louisiana-based cajun seafood restaurant Fiery Crab, award-winning Terrytown eatery Crawlins Seafood, beloved Jazz Fest and parade route favorite Chef Linda Green, a.k.a. The Ya-Ka-Mein Lady, mobile pop-up catering company The NOLA Chuck Wagon, vegan boil vendor Rosemary & Roux504Seafood food truck, and more.

BBB will feature a diverse array of menu items with abundant boiled seafood offerings in addition to other boiled cuisines - from meats to vegetables and everything in between. Each of the restaurants will have the opportunity to compete for bragging rights in the festival’s three contests: "Best Crawfish" and "Best Boil," judged by a distinguished panel comprised of food critics, restaurateurs, journalists, influencers, and more, and the “People’s Choice Award,” which will be selected by attendees using QR codes to vote on-site.

“While boiled seafood is synonymous with Louisiana’s food culture, we’re excited to introduce guests to some less traditional boiled cuisine they may have never tried or thought of from this impressive group of chefs,” said BBB Executive Producer Cleveland Spears, III. “The inaugural Brews, Boils & Bubbles will celebrate and showcase the rich culinary talent that resides right here in our state, bringing thousands of people together for great food, music, and a truly unforgettable experience.”

The festival is also proud to announce the official beverage partners serving up delicious drinks and cocktail pairings, including Urban South Brewery, Corona, Veuve Clicquot, Moët, Minuty, D'USSÉ, Grey Goose, Don Julio, and Crown Royal.

From the same producers of the National Fried Chicken Festival, BBB is a first-of-its-kind ticketed event for ages 21 and up, with general admission tickets starting at $30. Those looking to upgrade their festival experience can choose from two luxurious VIP lounge experiences, including the Brews & Bugs VIP Lounge presented by Urban South package with two pounds of hot, boiled crawfish with fixings and an open bar with local craft beer options from Urban South, or the Rosé & Lobster VIP Lounge presented by Veuve Clicquot and Minuty, which comes with a freshly-boiled lobster meal from Drago’s and the choice of a bottle of champagne from Veuve Clicquot or Moët & Chandon or two bottles of still rosé wine from Minuty.

BBB is made possible through the support of various festival partners, including Urban South, Veuve Cliquot, Minuty, Corona, Modelo, Coca-Cola, D'USSÉ, Grey Goose, Lakefront Management Authority, Where Y’at, Outfront, and more.
