The third annual St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival, named “One of Florida’s Top 10 Food & Wine Festivals” by USA Today, will take place on Florida’s Historic Coast, from May 3 to 7, 2023. The St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival, presented by Publix GreenWise Market, will once again showcase culinary, beverage, and cultural highlights of celebrity guests and local chefs, winemakers/proprietors. The Festival will host live music, artisans, farmers, locally made spirits and beers, along with renowned global wine, spirits, and beer brands. The festival offers something for every tastebud and budget, from large-scale tasting events to intimate learning experiences.

Celebrity Chef and BRAVO TV’s Top Chef winner, Brother Luck, will be participating in several of the St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival’s events. He will also be the guest judge for the Harvest Awards event on Thursday, May 4. Guests will have the opportunity to get a taste of some of his fantastic restraint quality creations. Brother Luck’s restaurant, Four, which showcases seasonal cuisine in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is sure to be memorable. Luck will also be hosting a Master Class on Saturday, May 6 at 10 a.m. and a cooking demonstration on the Publix Cooking Demo Stage on Saturday, May 6, at the Main Event.

Jernard Wells, award-winning television host, celebrity chef, and best-selling cookbook author and will also be participating in the Publix Cooking Demo Stage on Saturday. Wells is the host of New Soul Kitchen and New Soul Kitchen Remix on CLEO TV as well as a contributor to “The Best Things I Ever Ate” on the Cooking Channel and on “Food Fantasies” on the Oprah Winfrey Network.

The World Golf Hall of Fame and the official hotel partner World Golf Village Renaissance St. Augustine Resort are the host location sites for this year’s festival, located just 20 minutes north of historic downtown St. Augustine and the beautiful beaches. The events in St. Augustine’s historic district will take place at the majestic San Sebastian Winery and the scenic Lightner Museum. This festival would not be possible without support from St. Johns Cultural Council and a 2023 St. Johns County Tourist Development Grant.

Wednesday, May 3: “River Walk Tastings” in the historic district at San Sebastian Winery and the Homewood Suites St. Augustine San Sebastian, From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., with a trolley shuttle, live music and also food and drink tastings at both venues. The progressive tasting tours begin at San Sebastian Winery as well.

Thursday, May 4: Harvest, Premium Wine Tasting & “Harvest Awards”

The wine lover’s ultimate tasting event with premium wines and showcase wine pairings, along with the festival’s select official beverages. The historic Lightner Museum which is the centerpiece of St. Augustine’s historic district provides the elegant backdrop for lovely wines from around the world and samplings from some of Northeast Florida’s most renowned restaurants.

Friday, May 5: “Cinco de Mayo Tacos & Tequila,” presented by Publix and Mijenta Tequila at the World Golf Hall of Fame courtyard patio. Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a festive, colorful, and fabulous selection of tacos and signature tequilas. Enjoy dancing the night away among friends and comrades.

Friday, May 5: “Smoke on the Walk”: This all-inclusive barbecue extravaganza, held from 6 to 8 p.m., is specifically designed to highlight the southeast’s most celebrated pitmasters and grill masters with wine, beer, and spirits along the Walk of Champions with live music from Remedy Tree. Enjoy unlimited beverage tastings in a souvenir glass, along with delicious grilled, smoked, and roasted gourmet finger-licking barbecue. Did we mention it’s all included with the ticket price?

Saturday, May 6: Cooking with Brother Luck, BRAVO TV, Top Chef Master Class: Held at World Golf Hall of Fame Museum Tower from 10 to 11 a.m., this learning, laugh-filled, delicious time taught by a celebrity chef is sure to inspire the novice or the seasoned chef alike.

Saturday, May 6: “Rioja in the 21st Century” with Ana Fabiano:

Held at World Golf Hall of Fame Museum Tower from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Rioja is a world-class vineyard area and is recognized as one of the five greatest red wine regions in the world. Sunday, May 8 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.: “The Jazz Brunch”

Held at St. Johns County Convention Center, the Jazz Brunch is one like no other. The all-inclusive ticket features live music, a brunch buffet with a carving station, indulgent sides, a personalized omelet station, a seafood station, and a variety of desserts. They’ve got a flavor for everyone: Bloody mary bar, sparkling wine, mimosas, and a host of unlimited beverage stations from the festival’s wonderful partners, including wine, beer, and spirits beverage tasting stations inside the brunch (coffee, iced tea, and soft drinks beverages included).
