Celebrate the harvest season and show your appreciation for the indispensable contribution of our farmers and craftsmen to the community. A sizable portion of proceeds will go directly back to White Hills Farm!
Friday, June 2
VIP ticket holders will enjoy an exclusive Chef’s Potluck dinner with top chefs, farmers, and craftsmen. This is an opportunity to build connections and relationships across the Salt Fire Smoke’s event team.
Saturday, June 3
You’ll enjoy bites from eight exceptional chefs, with a rotating cocktail style dinner made with fresh local ingredients, amidst blooming lavender fields.
Sunday, June 4
Start the day with Coffee and pastries. This will be an opportunity to learn from the hard-working heritage farmers and craftsmen with presentations on their work. Learn about salt-harvesting, sausage-making, soap from buffalo tallow, mushroom-foraging and lavender harvest.
