The Local Palate, in partnership with Visit Macon, welcomes the world’s top whiskey and bourbon ambassadors to Macon, Georgia, to celebrate the first annual Whiskey After Dark on Thursday, October 16, 2025. This exciting whiskey tasting event in Macon, GA invites you to sip your way through more than one hundred whiskeys, along with a curated selection of craft beer, all set within the lively Fall Line Brewery.
