Hotel Otto, Fort Worth, Texas’ first microresort, was created by celebrity chef Tim Love with a mix of Italian and Texan charm. The hotel, located on the banks of the Trinity River, features eight 160-square-foot bungalows built into shipping containers that can accommodate up to two people. Each structure is equipped with a front patio, queen bed, full bath, TV, and rooftop patio. After getting settled into your tiny home, follow the gravel pathway around the corner to Gemelle, the hotel’s Amalfi-coast inspired restaurant named for Love’s twin daughters. Next to the restaurant is the full-service pool, also built into a shipping container, that features cabanas and chaise lounges, with a nearby Aperol bar and garden where ingredients are grown for Gemelle. The hotel offers a Dinner & a Movie package for two, including dinner at Gemelle, a classic movie setup in your room, champagne and snacks, and a late checkout.

On-Site Dining

Gemelle serves Italian-influenced fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with highlights like the house pizza with pepperoni, pickled jalapeno, and local honey; and fettuccine with pork ragu.
