Everything Spice (All-Dressed Spice)


2 tablespoons poppy seeds

2 tablespoons sesame seeds, white, black, or both

1 tablespoon dehydrated onion

2 teaspoon kosher salt, pretzel salt, Maldon salt, or coarse fleur de sel

1 teaspoon freeze-dried garlic granules


In a small jar, mix together the poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion, salt, and garlic. Cover and store in the
refrigerator for up to 3 months
