Stone Crab Mustard Sauce

Frequently ranked the number one beach in America, as well as a top-rated beach world-wide, Clearwater’s famed stone crab season shouldn’t be overlooked. Florida’s stone crab season runs October 15 through May 1. Plan ahead to experience this sweet-tasting meat harvested fresh from the Gulf waters.

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup prepared horseradish
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  1. Whisk all ingredients together. Chill for at least one hour or until ready to serve.
