When the pandemic forced a career change, McPherson took a leap of faith, launching a part-time food truck in 2017 and full time in 2019.
While growing his pit master journey, McPherson competed in many BBQ competitions and now his culinary philosophy centers on high-quality meats and time-honored cooking techniques.
