Breezy’s Daiquiri 



2 ounces Neisson Rhum Agricole

1 ounce lime juice

1 ounce simple syrup

8-10 dashes of Angostura bitters

1 ounce Jean Velut Champagne

Lime peel for garnish

Brandied cherry for garnish



  1. Combine first four ingredients with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into chilled coupe.
  3. Top with Jean Velut Champagne, and garnish with lime peel and brandied cherry.
