Spiced Clove Infused Honey Syrup

Ingredients

1 part warmed or hot water

1 part honey

1 dash of ground clove spice

Directions

Combine ingredients and mix fully.

Whitney’s note: For a large batch, I made 750 ml or 25.4 ounces of the simple syrup. With a ratio of equal parts honey and warmed water (12.7 ounces honey + 12.7 ounces warmed water), then added 2 teaspoons of ground cloves for a large batch.
