Ben Warwick, an east Tennessee native, has dedicated his culinary career to celebrating the region’s rich and diverse food culture. He discovered his love for cooking through various work experiences and mentorships in Tennessee, which helped him draw inspiration from the local landscape and drove him to incorporate fresh, high-quality ingredients into every dish he created. As executive chef of Wilder at Windy Hill Farm and Preserve, Warwick harnesses his passion for farm-to-table dining to create seasonal menus that nourish the body and educate diners about the ingredients and traditions of Southern Appalachia. Focused on creating memorable dining experiences, Warwick combines his expertise with a warm, welcoming approach, leaving a lasting impression on all who visit his tables.
