1 ounce fresh blueberry purée restrained through a fine mesh strainer
3 ounces fresh lemonade
4 sprigs of fresh mint (saving one for garnish)
3 fresh blueberries
1 pinwheel of lemon
In a cocktail shaker, combine first four ingredients with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. For the garnish, slap the mint between your hands and release the aromatics. Skewer the lemon wheel, mint and blueberries and float on top.
