Brennan’s Caribbean
Milk Punch

Ingredients

1 ounce Smith & Cross or Mount Gay “Black Barrel” rum

½ ounce Maker’s Mark or Buffalo Trace bourbon

1 ounce vanilla bean-infused simple syrup

1 ounce heavy cream

Garnish: Freshly grated nutmeg

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin filled with ice. Shake until frothy. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with nutmeg.
