Brennan’s Caribbean
Milk Punch


1 ounce Smith & Cross or Mt. Gay “Black Barrel” rum

½ ounce Maker’s Mark or Buffalo Trace bourbon

1 ounce vanilla bean-infused simple syrup

1 ounce heavy cream

Garnish: Freshly shaved nutmeg


Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Shake until frothy and strain into coupe. Garnish with nutmeg and enjoy with breakfast.
