Brennan’s Caribbean Milk Punch

1 drink

  • 1 ounce Smith & Cross or Mount Gay “Black Barrel” rum
  • ½ ounce Maker’s Mark or Buffalo Trace bourbon
  • 1 ounce vanilla bean-infused simple syrup
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • Garnish
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin filled with ice.
  2. Shake until frothy.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with nutmeg.
