1 ounce Smith & Cross or Mount Gay “Black Barrel” rum
½ ounce Maker’s Mark or Buffalo Trace bourbon
1 ounce vanilla bean-infused simple syrup
1 ounce heavy cream
Freshly grated nutmeg

- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin filled with ice.
- Shake until frothy.
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with nutmeg.
