Cucumber Mint Chiller

Ingredients

2 ounces vodka 

2 cucumber wheels 

3 mint sprigs

½ ounce honey syrup 

¾ ounce St. Germain

½ ounce lemon juice

Soda 

Garnish: Lemon

Directions

  1. In a cocktail tin, combine vodka, cucumber, mint, and honey syrup. Muddle 5 to 10 times or more if desired.
  2. Add lemon and St. Germain to shaker and fill with ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Double strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda, and garnish with lemon.
