1½ ounces Reyka Vodka

4 drops house bitters (Angostura or something clovey works too)

3 ounces ginger beer

Wedge of lemon or lime, for garnish


Fill a Collins glass or tumbler with ice. Add the vodka, bitters, and ginger beer. Stir gently, and garnish with a wedge of lemon or lime. These can go down pretty easy, so enjoy responsibly.
