
Ingredients
½ ounce Combier orange liqueur
1 ounce Lillet Rosé
2 dashes Bittermens grapefruit bitters
2 ounces sparkling wine
Garnish: Expressed grapefruit peel
Directions
In a cocktail tin, combine first three ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
