Makes 1 cocktail

  • ‘#ingredients
  • ½ ounce Combier orange liqueur

  • 1 ounce Lillet Rosé
  • 2 dashes Bittermens grapefruit bitters
  • 2 ounces sparkling wine
  • Garnish: Expressed grapefruit peel

In a cocktail tin, combine first three ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
