Get a glimpse into Beaufort’s culinary scene at this four day festival. Highlights include wine dinners hosted in private homes throughout Beaufort where a visiting chef, local chef, and winemaker will team up to create a four to six course dinner for guests, as well as a wine walkabout, when owners of the town’s historic houses will open their doors for attendees to enjoy food and wine pairings on a stroll through the city.
Since its inception in 2004, Beaufort Wine and Food has focused on a core group of local charities as recipients for the event's proceeds. Through the generosity and support from sponsors, members, and participants, Beaufort Wine and Food has donated more than $670,000 to local non-profit
