Join in the cultural feast at the 2024 Decatur Book Festival, a vibrant celebration of literature and community on October 4-5 at various dynamic locations throughout Decatur, GA! This year’s festival features a diverse lineup of activities including author panels, book signings, storytelling sessions, chef demonstrations, and family-friendly events. Highlights include engaging sessions with keynote speakers Joyce Carol Oates and Stacey Abrams, along with a variety of exhibitors, vendors, and sponsors.
The festival kicks off with a Keynote address at 7:00 PM on Friday, October 4, followed by a full day of programming and entertainment from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Saturday, October 5. Whether you’re a dedicated reader, a foodie, or simply looking for a lively day out, there’s something for everyone. While registration for Decatur Book Festival is NOT mandatory, attendees are encouraged to register for the Keynote, the Kidnote and Saturday’s festivities. Registration does not guarantee a seat and is not required for attendance.
