The Etowah Hunt Club, headed by chef Cole Jeanes (Kinfolk, Bloodhound Provisions, etc.) and Josh Conley started a series of curated, multi-coursed, white tablecloth dinners in interesting and unusual places in and around Memphis, Tennessee. The events are a celebration of seasons, place, and memory. They've hosted chefs such as Jordan Rainbolt (Winston-Salem, North Carolina,) Ysaac Ramirez (Los Angeles, California) James Beard Nominated Hunter Evans (Jackson, Mississippi), Laurence Faber, and others.
Etowah presents Dinner Series no. 6 featuring chef Seth Stowaway of San Francisco’s Michelin-Starred Osito. Join us for a five-course exploration of early spring. Tickets include pre-dinner cocktail service and wine pairings are available.
Cocktail service will begin at 6:30, with dinner to begin just after 7:00.
Chef Seth Stowaway is the executive chef at Osito, a San Francisco restaurant that produces an intimate tasting experience for 28 guests prepared entirely over live fire. Stowaway’s style, which is exhibited through Osito, is playful, inviting, and creative, where patrons can enjoy the tenets of craftsmanship, delectable food, and the true spirit of community. Osito was awarded a Michelin Star in 2022.
Born and raised in Texas, Stowaway has a passion for California cuisine and seasonal cooking over flames. Stowaway has a resume that includes being Executive Chef at Bar Agricole and Sous Chef at Mister Jui's before opening Osito, in December 2021.
