Celebrate our nation’s birthday with a jam-packed weekend of exciting family-friendly events in the heart of Texas' Hill Country. It all starts July 4 at 8 am with the annual Kiddie Parade and Community Parade down Main Street. Grab your front row view, wave your flag and enjoy the patriotic buzz in the air as the aircraft flyover marks the official start of the procession.

Other festive activities include the annual chili cook-off at Becker Vineyards, the July 4^th Celebration at Luckenbach, Texas, and Fredericksburg's evening fireworks display. Stay through July 7 for a weekend full of events like the first Friday art walk, World War II living history reenactments at the Pacific Combat Zone, and live pari-mutuel horse racing.
