Get a taste of the Lowcountry in New York City when chef Daniel Doyle, executive chef of Poogan’s Porch restaurant in Charleston, South Carolina, and Southern culinary icon Nathalie Dupree travel to the Big Apple to cook dinner at the James Beard House on Friday, December 14. The two will share a classic Charleston holiday menu including oyster stew, crabcakes with chared creamed corn and fried collard leaves, Carolina Gold crab purloo , and sweet potato pie with praline pecans.
