The Louisiana Food & Wine Festival takes place March 12 – 15, 2026 in Lake Charles, with all-inclusive food and drink tasting events, including over 300 varieties of culinary, wine, beer, and spirit tastings experiences and 40+ restaurants.
The Louisiana Food + Wine Festival, hosted by Visit Lake Charles will celebrate the best of Louisiana and the South, from its culinary superstars and beverage experts to southwest Louisiana’s unique Cajun and Creole heritage and culture, seafood, artisans, live musicians and more.
One of the South’s leading culinary festival event management companies, The AdFish Group, creators of the Savannah Food & Wine Festival, the St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival, Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife and numerous other culinary destination events is producing the Louisiana Food + Wine Festival.
The AdFish Group has helped raise over $500,000 in charitable contributions to non-profit organizations through its various festivals over the past 10 years. The Louisiana Food + Wine Festival will explore the South’s evolving food and beverage culture, through all-inclusive tasting events, learning experiences and a finale Jazz Brunch – showcasing Louisiana at every event. A showcase of the south’s most celebrated chefs, Pitmasters and grill master’s with live music and wine, beer and spirits along Lake Charles. Enjoy unlimited food and beverage tastings with a souvenir glass. A variety of culinary creations will be available, from the freshest Louisiana Seafood options to select meats – along with vegetarian options. Delicious grilled, roasted and smoked gourmet tasting bites will be showcased, including options for all palates. The Grand Tasting is the festival main event! A fun afternoon of culinary and beverage tastings, with live music in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Charles, along the Bord du Lac. Tickets are all-inclusive for food and beverage tastings, including a souvenir glass for unlimited beverage tastings from hundreds of wines, beer and spirits exhibitors and samplings from some of Louisiana’s best chefs.
