Rum Revival

Launched in 2022, Rum Revival celebrates the Gulf Coast’s colorful ties to the Caribbean, blending premium spirits with bold flavors and festive traditions. This elevated tasting experience transforms the evening into a showcase of expertly crafted cocktails, dozens of rum and tequila selections, and Caribbean-inspired dishes prepared by some of Southwest Louisiana’s most talented chefs.
Rum continues to rise as one of the most exciting categories in the spirits world, and Southwest Louisiana has every reason to raise a glass. With deep roots in sugarcane production, a world-renowned rum distillery in Southwest Louisiana, a love of rich, flavorful cuisine, and music that moves you to your feet, Rum Revival feels right at home here. It’s a celebration that captures the rhythm, flavor, and spirit of Louisiana’s Playground.
Tropical attire encouraged. Ice sculpture obligatory. Good times guaranteed.
Giving Back: Rum Revival proudly supports United Way of Southwest Louisiana and their Success by 6 program, helping fund critical early childhood education initiatives and scholarships.
