The Local Palate, in partnership with Visit Macon, welcomes the world’s top whiskey and bourbon ambassadors to Macon, Georgia to celebrate the first annual Whiskey After Dark on Thursday, February 20, 2025. Sip your way through more than one hundred whiskeys, as well as a selection of seltzers and craft beer, all set within the bustling Fall Line Brewery.

The all-inclusive event will host award-winning chefs from around Georgia, crafting an array of culinary delights to perfectly pair with each smoky pour. Whether you’re searching for whiskey tasting near you or an exciting night out, immerse your senses in the ultimate oak and smoke celebration!

Participating chefs will be announced soon.

  • Doors open for general admission at 6:45pm. VIP ticket holders are invited to arrive early at 6:00pm for early access, specialty cocktails, and branded takeaways.
  • 21+ event. ID’s will be checked at the door.
  • Uber/Lyft encouraged. Please drink responsibly.
