The Local Palate, in partnership with Visit Macon, welcomes the world’s top whiskey and bourbon ambassadors to Macon, Georgia, to celebrate the first annual Whiskey After Dark on Thursday, February 20, 2025. This exciting whiskey tasting event in Macon, GA invites you to sip your way through more than one hundred whiskeys, along with a curated selection of wine and craft beer, all set within the lively Fall Line Brewery.

Award-winning chefs from around Georgia will craft an array of culinary delights to pair perfectly with each smoky pour, creating the ultimate whiskey tasting selection. Participating chefs will be announced soon.
- Doors open for general admission at 6:45pm. VIP ticket holders are invited to arrive early at 6:00pm for early access, specialty cocktails, and branded takeaways.
