Anchoring a new mixed-used development along Atlanta’s Beltline, FORTH is a striking luxury boutique hotel that has grown into a hub for the neighborhood. With an elevated rooftop pool, four restaurants, and a luxe wellness center an gym, it’s both a visitor’s soft landing and a local’s fun hang—especially for those who have a membership to the property’s social club, which includes its own lounge space and bar and access to the hotel’s amenities. Method Co. (also behind The Pinch and The Nickel in Charleston) conceptualized the 196 rooms, richly appointed with artistic touches, fauna-filled wallpaper, and floor-length windows from which you can see the inner workings of building’s beehive-like diagrid façade—it’s like sitting inside a glittering birdcage.

  • On-Site Dining
From the top, there’s reservation-only Moonlight, a rooftop hang for cocktails and stargazing, and Elektra, a Mediterranean café with a patio that opens up to the pool deck—grab a spritz and nosh on tender octopus or a plate of crudités with avocado yogurt and seasoned crackers while admiring Atlanta’s tree canopy. Off the lobby, Bar Premio serves up coffee, pastries, and small bites as well as a solid selection of wines. And Il Premio is a dreamscape of an Italian steakhouse with a sleek and usually bustling dining room as well as a convivial bar where live music mixes it up on the weekends. The move here is a bowl of the bucatini paired with a glass of nebbiolo, no matter where you sit.
  • Neighborhood
The Old Fourth Ward is at your fingertips here, with access to the historic park, the Beltline, and several shops and restaurants right out the front door. A quick walk and you’re at Ponce City Market or in Poncey-Highland where great bites at neighborhood spots like the wine bar Madeira Park await.
  • Amenities
The wellness center is worth the visit alone—there’s 20,000 square feet of fitness space, complete with all the cardio, strength- training, and weight machines one could need, plus locker rooms outfitted with saunas, cold plunges, steam rooms, and more. A spa provides relaxation and rejuvenation services, and the rooftop pool is there for the lounging.
  • Don’t Miss
A visit to the concierge whose office houses an art-piece diorama filled with taxidermy foxes and butterflies in a native habitat.
