Makes one cocktail

  • 1½ ounces pot still Jamaican rum (or a blend of your favorite rums)
  • ¾ ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 2/3 ounce orange curacao
  • ½ ounce almond orgeat
  • Garnish: fresh mint
  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain over a glass full of freshly crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint.
