Beau’s Mint Cocoa

1 mug

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup cream
  • ¼ tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 ounces Dixie Mint Vodka
  • Garnish: fresh mint
  1. Whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons cream in small saucepan over medium heat until cocoa and sugar have dissolved. Whisk in remaining cream, and continue stirring until hot. Stir in vanilla and Dixie Mint Vodka. Pour into your favorite mug and top with whipped cream. Garnish with fresh mint.
