1 orange peel
2 dashes house-made Big Bad Bacon bitters (or use whiskey barrel-aged
½ ounce turbinado simple syrup
2 ounces Blanton’s bourbon
1 large ice cube
- Muddle orange peel with bitters.
- Add syrup, bourbon, and 1 large ice cube.
- Stir until drink is well chilled and strain into glass.
