Makes 1 cocktail
1½ ounces George Dickel Tennessee Whisky
½ ounce Montenegro Amaro
1 ounce black sauce*
½ ounce lemon juice
Garnish: Mint sprig and dehydrated lemon wheel
*To make black sauce, create a simple syrup from smoked/burnt brown sugar and infuse it with ginger and mint.
- In a cocktail tin filled with ice, combine all ingredients except garnishes.
- Shake, then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and dehydrated lemon wheel.
