Makes one cocktail

  • 1¼ ounces Bulrush Gin
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ¾ ounce rosemary simple syrup
  • Garnish: rosemary
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker, with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a martini glass or coupe.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
