Butter-Scotched Rum Cocktail

1 glass

  • 1 ounce spice infused rum
  • 1 ounce Scotch whiskey
  • ½ ounce butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
  • 5 ounces hot water
  • Orange twist garnish
  • Cinnamon

Add all ingredients in an Irish coffee mug and stir until all the butter and sugar is dissolved. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and an orange twist.
