Central BBQ Nachos

These BBQ nachos combine a delicious glaze and beloved snack for a cheesy, crunchy appetizer. Start by laying the chips on a platter. Lightly top with nacho cheese and BBQ sauce. Add on the pulled pork and be generous! The shredded cheese should melt quickly and pair nicely with the spicy jalapeños. Throw on shake seasoning and these BBQ nachos are ready to eat. Serve at a tailgating party or 4th of July to get the festivities going!

  • 24 ounces tortilla chips
  • 8 ounces melted nacho cheese
  • 8 ounces Central BBQ Signature Sauce
  • 1½ pounds pulled pork
  • 8 ounces shredded cheese
  • 8 ounces jalapeños
  • 2 ounces Central Signature BBQ Shake Seasoning

Start with a base layer of chips. Lightly drizzle nacho cheese and sauce over chips. Pile on the meat. Drizzle with a little more nacho cheese and BBQ sauce on top of meat. Sprinkle on shredded cheese and add jalapeños. Top with shake seasoning.
