Cherry Bounce, aka Jam-Boozy

2 quarts

  • 1 pound cherries
  • pitted and left whole
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 cups bourbon
  1. Shake all three ingredients in a wide-mouth jar and put in a cool, dark place until around Christmas.
  2. Strain into a nice decanter and serve with Coca-Cola, over ice cream, or as an after-dinner liqueur.
