Makes 1 cocktail

    Ingredients
  • 2 ounces NOËL Tequila Blanco
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg white (optional)
steps
  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin.
  2. Shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into a rocks glass.
