Makes about 2 quarts
12 ounces fresh cranberries
2 cups golden raisins
1 cup white wine
1 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar
Sachet of 5 cloves
5 allspice berries
5 juniper berries
Peel from ½ orange

- In a separate saucepan, bring raisins, wine, orange juice, 1 cup water, and sachet to a boil.
- Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes.
- Drain raisins and combine with cranberry sauce.
