1 cocktail

  • 3½ ounces champagne
  • ½ ounce house-made blackberry simple syrup (recipe follows)
  • For the blackberry simple syrup:
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup Chamboard
  • ¼ cup raspberry vodka


  1. Serve ingredients in a champagne glass.

Blackberry Syrup

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Triple strain mixture, pressing on the blackberries to remove all seeds.
