1½ ounces aged gin
1½ ounces white grapefruit shrub
½ ounce Bärenjäger honey liqueur
1 bar spoon scotch
1 cup simple syrup
½ cup champagne vinegar
- Peel and juice grapefruits.
- In a large container combine all ingredients and let sit over night.
- Strain and enjoy. Should last 1 month refrigerated.
- Combine all ingredients, shake, and serve on the rocks.
- Garnish with candied ginger.
