one cocktail

  • 1 ounce mezcal (Hernandez recommends Pierde Almas)
  • 1½ ounces anejo tequila (Hernandez recommends Casa Noble)
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 dash Angostura

To a cocktail tin filled with ice, combine first four ingredients and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with Angostura.
