1/2 box of elbow noodles
1 pound of picked Stone Crab meat
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt, pepper, and Everglades seasoning to taste
- In a large pot, cook elbow noodles al dente and drain. Let noodles cool.
- In a large bowl, combine stone crab, onion and bell pepper. Add mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings to taste. Mix and then refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
- Serve salad on saltine crackers.
