Habanero Peach Hot Sauce



2 habanero peppers, seeded and finely diced

2 cups peaches, chopped

½ cup yellow onion, chopped

3 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons lime juice

½ cup distilled white vinegar

½ cup orange juice

1 tablespoon honey

½ teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon ground ginger

½ teaspoon salt


Purée all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Note: This should last in your refrigerator for a few weeks.
