    Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Scotch Whiskey
  • ¾ ounce spiced beet maple syrup
  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 4-5 ounces piping hot apple cider
  • Lemon twist for garnish
steps
  1. Combine all ingredients in an Irish coffee glass; stir briskly until the syrup is completely dissolved. Rub the oil of the lemon twist along the rim of the glass and drop it in.
