Bartender Nathan Stubbs of Lafayette’s Saint Street Inn (now closed) mixes it up by infusing citrus into classic cocktails, such as the traditional screwdriver with an extra booster of vitamin C.

1½ ounces Hayman’s Sloe Gin
1 dash orange bitters
2 ounces orange juice
Combine ingredients in mixing glass, stir with ice, and serve on rocks in cocktail glass.
