Hot Curried Crab Dip

Serves 6

  • 8 ounces crabmeat, chopped, 8 ounces room temperature cream cheese, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon worcestershire, 1 tablespoon curry powder, Juice from ½ lemon, ¼ cup chopped white onion, ½ teaspoon salt, 8 ounces colby jack cheese, Garnish: Chopped green onions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except green onions and mix until well incorporated. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and bake until top is lightly browned and bubbling, about 20 minutes. Top with green onions and serve with toasted baguette slices or pita chips.
