Makes 1 cocktail

    Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Catoctin Creek Hot Honey Rye
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth (Harris recommends Carpano Antica)
  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters 
  • Garnish: Brandied cherry
steps
  1. Combine rye, vermouth, and bitters in a cocktail tin and stir well with ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with cherry.
