2 ounces Catoctin Creek Hot Honey Rye
1 ounce sweet vermouth (Harris recommends Carpano Antica)
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Garnish: Brandied cherry

- Combine rye, vermouth, and bitters in a cocktail tin and stir well with ice.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with cherry.
